Gamers who pre-order Prototype 2 at Best Buy will receive Sgt. James Heller’s Hardened Steel Vehicle Armor, enhanced armor for any military vehicle. Taking place several years after the first, Prototype 2 follows a new protagonist, the infected Sgt. James Heller in his mission to kill Alex Mercer.
I am very much looking forward to Prototype 2, I loved the first despite its flaws. But I don’t recall being in a vehicle much. Would you rather drive, or run up buildings, fly around then swoop down and impale some poor grunt? I will be getting the game, but won’t be pre-ordering it from Best Buy. Prototype 2 will be available later this year for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
