With DC Universe Online coming to the PS3 later in the year, it only made sense that they would give fans of the game and comic world alike the ability to read the comics on the your PSP.
DC Comics will start distributing its brand of comics via the PlayStation Store starting today. An initial selection of over 80 comics priced from $0.99 to $2.99.
Some of the titles include: Batman: Hush, Green Lantern: Rebirth, God of War, Resistance, and Superman/Batman (A free 10-page preview of Superman #700) will be available to download, as well.
It might not be anything new to the PSP with downloading comic books but this is a great way to read comics on the hero you are and learn about their Allies and Foes. Of course this all sounds great if you have a PSP, but the PSP has seen discounts as of late.
Additionally, Sony updated the Digital Comics app to version 2.01, giving a number of new features; the ability to delete comics directly from the app, and now you can read right-to-left for Japanese manga titles.
