November Was Good To Ubisoft

According to NPD, Ubisoft hit some pretty awesome milestones back in November. They were the only publisher to have two games in NPD’s top five list of best-selling games: Assassin’s Creed Revelations at #4, and Just Dance 3 at #5. Unsurprisingly, Ubisoft outdid themselves this year compared to last year; sales of Assassin’s Creed Revelations are up year over year to the previous AC title, Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood, by 10 percent.

Just Dance 3 was the number 1 selling game for the Nintendo Wii. Not only that, but for 13 of the past 14 months, the Just Dance franchise has been reigning surpreme over all other Wii titles in terms of sales. Ubisoft has 72 percent market share among dance video games for  2011 with its recent dance games ABBA You Can Dance, The Black Eyed Peas Experience, Just Dance 3 and Just Dance Kids 2.

Congratulations to Ubisoft on a well played month!
