New Character Revealed for Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII

SquareEnix, developer of the Final Fantasy XIII series, recently revealed new screenshots for a new character in Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII, Lumina. Along with the screenshots came an extended first look at the next installment to the Final Fantasy XIII series.

As of right now, the information on Lumina is pretty scarce, but what we do know is that trouble follows her almost everywhere she goes due to her unpredictable nature.

The new Extended First Look trailer features the city Luxerion, also known as the divine city of light. Luxerion is one of the four regions that can be visited in the region of Nova Chrysalia (previously known as Nova Partus) in Lightning Returns. Check out the video down below.

What do you guys think about the new combat system in Lightning Returns? Good? Bad? We want to hear it.

Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII is slated to release this fall for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
