NBA 2K16 James Harden ‘Believe’ Trailer Is Inspiring

2K Sports has released a trailer to highlight the journey of the Houston Rockets’ James Harden entitled, Believe, to promote the quickly approaching NBA 2K16

The trailer highlights the journey of the Houston Rockets’ James Harden entitled, Believe. The trailer recaps James Harden‘s childhood growing up in Compton, California, and carries you through his stellar Artesia High School days, him possibly being one of the best Arizona State University players ever, him being drafted by the Oklahoma City Thunder, and finally him being the franchise player of the Houston Rockets all because he believed. It’s told with the same brevity and poignancy as Beyond the Shadows.

James Harden

The trailer, like Stephen Curry’s Beyond the Shadowsis narrated by the critically acclaimed Spike Lee who is working in tandem with 2K Sports to bring something great to their MyPLAYER mode in NBA 2K16. Hopefully, they can match the same captivating cadence as they have established in the Beyond the Shadows and Believe trailers, and combined with a marketing tagline like, “Be the Story,” Spike Lee and 2K Sports have set the bar extremely high for MyPLAYER fans like myself.

Beyond the Shadows and Believe cover to of the three co-cover athletes for NBA 2K16 leaving the New Orleans Pelicans’ Anthony Davis without out a trailer to retell his road to the NBA, but I’m sure that is on the way.

NBA 2K16 will be available for purchase September, 29th.
