Looks like Microsoft is going out with a bang when the final Halo video game hits shelves later this year. So much so that they have made and will sell a Special Edition Halo Reach Xbox 360 Bundle.
Budding Spartan warriors eagerly anticipating September’s first-person brush with the Covenant hordes can look forward to a bulging pack containing a custom designed Xbox 360 S console (the 250GB version), two similarly designed wireless controllers, and a copy of the game.
Unlike the standard black Xbox 360 S, the Halo: Reach console boasts a gunmetal chassis and a selection of Halo-specific decals. Beyond mere visual touches, the console also emits Halo game sounds whenever it’s powered up or whenever the disc tray is used.
Other bonus elements bundled into the pack includes an episode of Halo Legends, a download token for limited edition Elite armour, and a Halo: Reach themed wired headset for those frag-heavy multiplayer sessions on Xbox Live.
The Halo: Reach Bundle will go on sale on September 14, priced $399.99 USD.
VG247 has some wicked photos of the bundle, check them out.
