Get ready to shuffle up your cards and cast some spells, Planeswalkers. Magic 2015 – Duels of the Planeswalkers is now available on Steam.
The yearly installment of the Magic: the Gathering video game is back with a mandate: to hunt bigger game. The theme of both Magic 2015 and the Magic 15 Coreset for the paper game has revolved around the Planeswalker Garruk Wildspeaker as he hunts down other Planeswalkers in the multiverse.
New to Magic 2015 is a full-fledged deck building tool, giving players more customization to hone their craft as they do battle. The game will feature cards introduced in the M15 Coreset, which releases Friday, July 18th. Some of these cards were designed by the creators of various video games, including George Fan of Plants vs. Zombies, Notch of Minecraft, and Rob Pardo of Blizzard Entertainment.
Magic 2015 – Duels of the Planeswalkers is available on Steam (PC), Xbox 360, Android, and Kindle Fire. It will release later this summer for Xbox One.
