Ridley Scott’s prequel has been kept all but hush hush, and there has been more rumours then leaked scripts. However there are a few recent updates that came straight from the horses mouth. The prequel being called ‘Prometheus’ has been confirmed to hold a good cast. With Charlize Theron, Michael Fassbender and Noomi Rapace already confirmed, Scott announced Idris Elba(Thor), Sean Harris(Harry Brown) and Kate Dickie(A Game of Thrones). There are no details about which parts they will be playing, but it looks like a promising line up for the constantly leaked film.
The film also has a large amount of speculation on the relativity of the’ Space Jockey'(seen in Alien), and the film is set to show recognisable aliens to the franchise.
Finally Scott has changed the Tag-line for the movie, relating to the Original ‘Prometheus’
“It’s the story of creation, the gods, and the man who stood against them.”
But knowing Scott this will most likely not be the final edit. More updates on the film when we have them.
