LIGHTNING RETURNS: Final Fantasy XIII Demo Available Now

Final Fantasy fan favorite character Lightning is returning to the FF series in the newest installment, entitled LIGHTING RETURNS: Final Fantasy XIII, and now you can check out the playable demo available for both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles.

If you’re downloading the demo over the PlayStation Network, you’ll receive bonus the Utsusemi Garb DLC as a bonus, which includes the Heavenly Fan weapon and Kaminari (lightning) shield.  While it’s exciting that you’ll be scoring some exclusive items, unfortunately they won’t be available to you until the game releases in February.

LIGHTNING RETURNS: Final Fantasy XIII will be available for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on February 11, 2014.  You can purchase the standard edition for $59.99 from all major retailers, or you can pick up the limited collector’s edition for $89.99, which will be sold exclusively in the Square Enix Online Store.
