The 2014 NBA MVP, Kevin Durant, graces the cover of NBA 2K15 yet again, as teased by the developer on Facebook.Though it can be taken for granted that most NBA MVP’s will be on the cover of the year’s NBA 2K basketball game, Kevin Durant’s second appearance on an NBA 2K title is his first time appearing solo.
“I’m honored to be selected for the cover of NBA 2K,” Durant said in a statement. “I’ve been an avid fan and player of NBA 2K since I was a kid, and being selected as the sole cover athlete of NBA 2K15 is an amazing accomplishment at this point of my life. I feel like my time has come.”
NBA 2K15 launches October 7 for Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PC. Hopefully, with a lot less of the prevailing issues NBA 2K14 had, and, still has.
