HOLY MOLY! While traveling through the inter webs today a stumbled across an article over at Ubergizmo. The article spoke of two companies, ITRI and Transcend developing a 2TB USB 3.0 drive. Now I know there is a decent amount of 2TB USB 3.0 drives out there. But none of them can fit inside my wallet. This drive, ok, first off I wouldn’t even call it a drive. I would call it a flash stick, or an XL Thumb stick or something. Something that small and compact should not be called a drive. I mean that’s craziness, only something larger than an SSD should be called a drive, but anyway I digress. When you think about portability, yeah we have small USB 2.0 and 3.0 drives and those could fit inside of my jeans or you’re girlfriends purse or something, but these ones made by ITRI and Transcend are slightly thicker than a penny and can fit inside my wallet. MY WALLET! The drive is freaking awesome I want one, who do I give my money to?
