Warner Brothers has announced the Ultimate Edition of the DC fighting game Injustice: Gods Among Us. Included in this package is all the DLC characters: Lobo, Batgirl, Zod, Zatanna, Martian Manhunter, and Mortal Kombat’s Scorpion. Additionally, more than 40 skins and 60 STAR Missions, originally DLC, are included. If that’s not enough, the Americas edition will include a 12 song soundtrack. This package would originally cost as much $120, but will be available for $59.99 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The PC version, yes there’s finally a PC version, will cost $49.99, and the Vita edition will cost $39.99. The Ultimate Edition will be available on November 12 in the Americas, and the rest of the world on November 29th.
If you’ve been holding out, or waiting for a PC version like I have, this looks like a fantastic deal to take advantage of. Normally, I’m not the biggest fighting game fan, but if I can put the game on easy and kick evil butt as Nightwing, I’m more than sold. DC’s editorial staff may have been making some mistakes lately, but Injustice shows that good things can still come out of DC.
