According to reports from WonderCon, the hit fighting game Injustice: Gods Among Us may be set for a sequel.
Whilst clarifying that a previous quote of “not a 2014 title” did not refer to a Batman: Arkham Knight delay, a slip during the DC All Access panel revealed that the statement was in regards to a new Injustice game.
There is currently no information on whether NetherRealm Studios is developing the Injustice sequel nor is there a release window –only that it’s in development and not set for 2014.
Given the popularity of the first Injustice: Gods Among Us, it is no surprise that a sequel is in the works. With the help of a devout group of DC fans, Injustice sold nearly half a million copies within its launch month.
