Injustice 2 Character Reveal Incoming

Injustice 2

It looks like the news is rolling out on a weekly basis with a new Injustice 2 character reveal scheduled for this Thursday, February 2nd. That’s tomorrow!

Injustice 2

According to a picture uploaded on the official Injustice 2 website, February 2nd is when fans of the DC Comics brawler can see their next hero (or villain) reveal.

While the picture doesn’t reveal any apparent clues, some rumored heroes to be joining the mix include Captain Cold and Red Hood. With our only clue for the story being that Braniac is involved, the lineup is vague about who’s motives will make them involved the fight among heroes and villains.

Injustice 2

Previously announced via the story teaser trailer, we can confirm that Bane, Braniac, and Poision Ivy will be joining the fight. Despite their addition to the roster, we don’t have any clues as to how their fighting styles differ from the others like the Robin reveal trailer that was released last week.

While the entire lineup is said to be one of the largest rosters in NetherRealm games history, so far the heroes and villains for Injustice 2 include Batman, Bane, Braniac, Blue Beetle, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Superman, Supergirl, The Flash, Robin, Poison Ivy, Gorilla Grodd, and Red Lantern Atrocitus. According to the site there are 20 left on top of this but whether or not this includes DLC fighters is still up for debate.

Injustice 2

Injustice 2 launches on May 16th 2017 for Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Currently the closed beta is in effect and waves of codes are slowly making their way out to players.

Are you guys excited about the Injustice 2 reveal? Who do you think is going to be making their way into the Injustice universe? Let us know in the comments below and be sure to check back with us on Thursday, February 2nd to see our breakdown of the reveal trailer here at TheGameFanatics!
