If you own Halo: The Master Chief Collection and are itching to get a taste of the exclusive Halo 5: Guardians multiplayer beta later this month, get ready to make some room on your Xbox One’s hard drive in the next two weeks.
According to a leaked listing of the Xbox One Game Store page on Reddit, it seems as though the Halo 5: Guardians multiplayer beta will weigh in at 10.27GB.
Upon close inspection, the image above seems fake given yesterday’s release date, though the download size sounds reasonable given that the beta will run for nearly three weeks and is scheduled to include ten weapons, seven game types, and three different multiplayer maps.
Either way, the Halo 5: Guardians multiplayer beta is going to launch on December 29th and will run up until January 18th.
Anyone who purchased Halo: The Master Chief Collection is granted immediate access to the beta and has probably noticed by now that there is an instructional card inside the game’s disc case informing players how to download and access the beta come December 29th.
