At Microsoft’s E3 presser earlier today, a new entry was announced for the granddaddy of the Xbox, Halo. Halo 4 is the first in a new trilogy being developed by 343 Industries.
The big reveal came at the end of Micorosft’s presentation. The room went dark and the screen lit up with images of the nerves in an eyeball, traveling around them as you heard a voice in the background begin to speak. Eventually, you could here the words “Wake up, John” and the audience roared. Master Chief inside a stasis pod, bursts out into zero gravity with the ship around him exploding. At the end we see the ship heading into a round structure.

Set in the aftermath of Halo 3, Master Chief returns to confront his own destiny and face an ancient evil that threatens the fate of the entire universe.
