Halo 2 Anniversary Cinematic Launch Trailer Will Leave You Breathless

With just under two weeks away until the release of Halo: The Master Chief Collection, Microsoft has released a mouth-watering tease of Halo 2’s overhauled cutscenes in the all new Halo 2 Anniversary cinematic launch trailer.

The launch trailer showcases some of Blur Studio’s best work to date, teasing fans with some of the game’s most memorable cutscenes, such as Miranda and Johnson’s encounter with the Arbiter towards the end of the “Quarantine Zone” mission and Master Chief’s frantic escape from Regret’s temple as the Spartan dives off into the murky lake of Installation 05.

The Prophet of Truth. The Voice of the Covenant.

Commenting on the launch trailer, Microsoft stated, “These were created and put together by our friends at Blur Studios, one of the most talented visual effects companies in the world. You may not know the name, but you’ve undoubtedly seen their amazing work in world-class video game trailers for everything from the Star Wars series to the Batman: Arkham games.”

What’s more, Microsoft also reminded fans of the series to join developer 343 Industries on November 10th for HaloFest, where gamers can get their first glimpse into the Halo 5: Guardian’s Multiplayer Beta and catch the world premier of Halo: Nightfall’s very first episode. Head on over here to read more details on HaloFest and enlist now!

Halo: The Master Chief Collection is coming exclusively to Xbox One on November 11th. It’s going to be grand.
