Last month we told you about the speculation that Google was stepping into the cloud storage market, and today all speculation can be laid to rest as Google has officially announced the service.

Google Drive is available for:
- PC and Mac
- iPhone and iPad (coming soon)
- Android devices
Google Drive ties in with the expansive Google network, from Google Docs to Google +. Infused with Google’s power search functions as well as the ability to open over 30 file extensions, even if you don’t have the software installed, Google Drives is shaping up to be yet another online staple.
