If we’re getting a new video game, chances are that we’re also getting a Season Pass for its DLC. Ubisoft has unveiled what you’ll get if you pick up the Far Cry 4 Season Pass.
A total of five different bullet-points were featured in a press release sent to us by Ubisoft, highlighting various pieces of post-launch content that will be available for Season Pass holders.
- The Syringe will be available exclusively for Season Pass holders the same day Far Cry 4 launches. The mission involves ensuring that a rare recipe doesn’t fall into the hands of Pagin Min because evil. This scenario will be playable in both single-player and co-operative modes.
- Escape from Durgesh Prison will involve an escape from, well, prison. Ajay and Hurk have been captured and are being tortured in Yuma’s prison. It’s up to the player to both escape and survive. Like the first piece of content, this is playable in both single-player and co-operative modes.
- Hurk Deluxe Pack features five missions and an arsenal of new weapons.
- Overrun is a PVP mode where players can team up as either Rakshasa or Golden Path. You’ll be ordered to control various neutral locations across the Kyrat countryside and protect them from being overrun by opponents. Or, in other words, it’s a control/domination style multiplayer mode.
- Valley of the Yetis features a scenario where Ajay’s helicopter has crashed somewhere in the Himalayas. Players will have to survive both the elements and the dangers that await.
The Far Cry 4 Season Pass will cost $29.99. Does the amount of post-launch content detailed by Ubisoft make the price of admission worth it? Let us know in the comments below.
