Gears of War 3 Fenix Rising DLC Launches Today.

Getting bored of the horde? Well good news for you! Today Epic Games launches their new “Fenix Rising” Multiplayer map pack and update. For 800 Microsoft points ($10) you will get 5 maps known as Academy, Anvil, Depths, Escalation, and the Slab as well as the edition of a “Re-Up” feature that will allow you to restart leveling like prestige in Call Of Duty.

However after the shady handling of previous Gears DLC, this begs the question if early adopters and Season pass buyers will get screwed over like they did with the Horde Command Pack. Incase you didn’t know the Horde Command pack had a free version released shortly after launch of the Paid one making all who bought it basically waste their money. Hopefully this is not the case this time around. So what do you think? Let us know in a comment below.
