First glimpse of NCAA 12 leaves us stunned

It’s not often that we see a sports game that catches our attention, especially with the mundane and stagnant money-grubbing that the franchises have become today. EA has stepped up to the plate big time with the graphics in this installment, and you can tell from the pictures below.

First up, we have full 3D grass, which if you look at the second shot, you’ll see add (figuratively as well as technically) an entirely new dimension to the gameplay experience.

You’ll also be able to see dreadlocks blowing in the wind, and moving around when the player takes a hit. The hairstyle is obviously quite popular among top players in the series, so it again just adds a little extra spice into the mix.

The game will be out as it traditionally is, in the summer and for all platforms. Check out the video and gallery below.
