Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn Closed Beta Starts Today

Today, February 25th, marks the start of the Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn closed beta, where PC gamers and faithful Final Fantasy fans can can get hands-on with the all new massively multiplayer online experience in the comfort of their own computer chair.  By downloading the free benchmark software made available by SQUARE ENIX last week, fans will be able to easily access their gaming PC’s hardware for smooth performance and an enjoyable first-time experience.

Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn has been “completely rebuilt from the ground up” introducing new gameplay systems in which players will be given the opportunity to try out when participating in the closed beta.
