Ex-Microsoft Executive Alex Dale has been appointed to Chief Marketing Officer of King.com, a website dedicated to free social games. King is excited to have Dale onboard, and with good reason. He has previously served as marketing director of Microsoft products such as Bing, Internet Explorer, Windows Phone, and a few others. He was also the founder of virgin.net, a broadband internet service provider sold to NTL Cable in 2004, back when plenty of us still had dial-up. Ricardo Zacconi, co-founder and CEO of King.com is looking towards a bright future, as he had this to say:
“King.com has experienced tremendous growth in monthly gameplays and overall users since we launched our cross-platform games initiatives – providing our games to users online, on Facebook and via mobile devices. We have made several strategic hires recently in an effort continue this growth and even take it one step further, becoming a clear leader in the space. We are confident that Alex will be instrumental in helping us further grow our global user- and partnership-base and are thrilled to have him on board.”
King.com has an almost limitless amount of games, many of which offer cash prizes. You can create an account for free at their website, King.com.
