Every Xbox One Backwards Compatible Game To Date

Microsoft’s backwards compatible program for the Xbox One was introduced in November 2015. The program allows players to utilize Xbox 360 titles on its next-gen sibling. The Xbox One’s Backwards Compatible upgrade was a hit with consumers and contributed to the system’s increase in sales.

Xbox 360 titles selected for the backwards compatible program are announced regularly. When they are announced, Major Nelson‘s blog drops the news first, and we will constantly update this page when backwards compatible games are made known. The bold letters symbolize the most recent entries into the program. For example, Lost Odyssey was one of three games made available on Xbox One earlier today.

With over 250 Xbox 360 titles ready to be played on Xbox One, there’s little reason to wonder why the program is so popular. Unfortunately, not every 360 game will make the cut. It’s up to the individual publishers, not Microsoft, to decide which games will get into the program.
