Early PS3 copies of Assassins Creed Revelations will include the first Assassin's Creed free

If the prospect of getting an extra game when buying a brand new one appeals to you, you might want to snag up Assassin’s Creed Revelations on PS3 quickly when it releases. You’ll get access to a free copy of the original Assassin’s Creed, but in all honesty if you haven’t yet played through the first game you probably don’t want to go back and live through it. With the refinement the Assassin’s Creed franchise has seen since the first game, going back to play the original could be more of a headache then maybe you want to deal with. However, if you jumped in at Assassin’s Creed 2 or even Brotherhood and you absolutely love the story – playing through the original game will provide you with a lot of continuity heading into Revelations. I’m curious though, for those of you with multiple platforms who are going to also pick up Assassin’s Creed Revelations – will this promotion influence what platform you buy the game for?
