Nintendo has been showcasing Smash Bros. Wii U heavily throughout the second day of E3 and while announcements and streaming of Tournaments have been the most prevalent, they still had a few more surprises in store for fans.
The first E3 surprises came in the form of another character being added to the roster. They didn’t officially confirm the second cameo but considering he had a roster slot in the last title, it’s a good bet he will be returning as well. While no photography was allowed in the demonstration room initially for the reveal of the two (potentially) new brawlers, we’ve since been able to add Pac-Man’s entry trailer below!
Our good old friend Pac-Man has apparently made the team this year and will feature special attacks that include his Ghostly foes. Equally as comically awkward, Mr. Game & Watch has likely returned to cook and throw more bacon at rival Contenders. He may or may not light you on fire as well.
Additionally announced, (with pictures!) was the exclusive Smash Bros. Wii U and GameCube Adapter Bundle. The items will be sold individually as well but gamers will have the option to purchase all of them at once.
- The bundle includes the Smash Bros. Wii U game, an Adapter and a GameCube Controller for $99.99.
- The individual Adapter will only cost $19.99.
- The GameCube Controller will be retailing for $29.99.
