At Sony’s E3 Press Conference tonight, they introduced Entwined with a stylish, lengthy sequence of animation showing two crystalline creatures.
As the video concluded, they introduced the head of the development team and showed gameplay footage of an artsy game reminiscent of Dyad or Rez, pitched as the first game of a student development team.
In Entwined, you control the pair—a blue bird and an orange fish—in love, one with each control stick, as they travel down a tunnel corridor, in the pursuit of uniting them into a green dragon.
Sony’s most interesting announcement about Entwined was that it’s out right now—so if any of this looks or sounds interesting to you, it’s $9.99 on PSN on PS4 right now with a Playstation Vita version coming soon.
