E3 2012 | SteelSeries Announces Even More Gaming Peripherals for DOTA 2 and Counter Strike: Global Offense

SteelSeries are simply killing the competition left and right with all of these peripheral announcements. Just when you thought they were done with announcing the Guild Wars 2 branded gaming stuff, here they come again with Counter Strike and DOTA 2 stuff. I don’t know if SteelSeries won a bet or managed to sweet talk these major company’s but something is up.

They’ve singly highhandedly become a majority of the tech news making its way out of E3. Just like the Guild Wars 2 article posted earlier today, gamers will be treated to a Counter Strike and DOTA 2 gaming headset, gaming mouse, and gaming mouse pad.

SteelSeries Siberia v2 Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Headset:

The SteelSeries Siberia v2 Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Headset isolates atmospheric noise with sound-dampening foam and leather ear cushions. Its 50mm driver units pump out an impressive sound scape while the retractable, uni-directional microphone picks up and outputs loud and clear communication. The headset also features a in-line volume and microphone mute control 3m / 9.8ft black rubber cord with 3.5mm connections.

The SteelSeries Siberia v2 Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Headset will be $99.99 msrp.

SteelSeries Kana Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Mouse and QcK Mousepad:

The SteelSeries Kana Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Gaming Mouse features a total of 6 buttons including two XL-sized side buttons which allow for easy-reach and quick, rapid-fire. Its optical sensor has speeds of 1,600 -3,200 DCPI and its compatibility with the SteelSeries Engine which allows users to create an unlimited amount of player profiles and settings. The mouse features a white illuminated scroll wheel with up to 4 levels of pulsation options and a CPI Toggle button to switch between high and low CPI settings. The mouse also features a XL-size high-performance UPE material feet for a smooth, consistent glide and a 2m / 6.5ft double-braided nylon cord.

The SteelSeries Kana Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Mouse will be $59.99 msrp.

SteelSeries will also be launching a Kana Dota 2 Edition Bundle. The bundle will include the SteelSeries Counter-Strike: Global Offensive QcK Mousepad and the SteelSeries Kana Gaming Mouse. You’ll also receive a mini Qck SteelSeries high quality cloth, and you’ll get the full version of the game with an exclusive in game item called Kantusa the Script Sword for $64.99 msrp. Everything will become available with the anticipated game launches later this year.

SteelSeries, if you’re reading this keep the awesomeness coming!
