E3 2012 | Nintendo Sheds Some Light on Luigi's Mansion 2

During Nintendo‘s 3DS segment at E3 2012 some more news on the newest Luigi’s Mansion was announced. During the early days of the Nintendo 3DS it seemed that Mario, of the Mario Bros., was the one getting all of the love. Although it was announced about one year ago, we’ve finally got some sort of idea as to when we should expect to see Luigi taking on some ghosts in 3D on 3DS.

In the trailer shown below, which was shown last year and at this year’s E3, we can see Luigi right back in his comfort zone, in all of his ghost hunting glory. Expect to see some  more creative ghost hunting action that Luigi’s Mansion was known for. It’s hard to believe that the last time we saw Luigi take the lead in his Luigi’s Mansion title was way back during the Gamecube days.

Exclusive to the 3DS, Luigi’s Mansion 2 will be releasing sometime this holiday season.
