Yesterday we brought you news on Motorola’s teaser site for the new Razr, now allow us to introduce you to the Droid Razr, now being dubbed the “world’s thinnest 4G smartphone.” The phone is powered by Android Gingerbread running on a 1 GHz processor and 1 GB of RAM. It also sports a 4.3-inch super AMOLED advanced QHD display and an 8 MP camera, all housed in a 7.1 mm thin body.
“Droid Razr by Motorola combines style, performance and the power of Verizon Wireless’s 4G LTE network into one innovative device,” said Marni Walden, vice president and chief marketing officer for Verizon Wireless, in a statement. “These are two iconic brands that separately symbolize the best technology available today. The combination will provide an unsurpassed wireless experience for customers.”
The phone will be available in November (pre-orders start next month) on Verizon for 300 bucks with a new 2-year contract.
