Check out the announcement trailer:

Story-wise, the game looks to encompass the Saiyan and Namek sagas as popularized in the hugely successfully manga and anime series…so expect a lot of over-the-top Super-Saiyan action featuring all your favorite characters including Goku, Piccolo andVegeta. Even if you aren’t a fan of the series, one can’t help but wonder at the possibilities of an insane eight player Dragon Ball brawl.
