Dishonored 2 Officially Launches This Fall

Dishonored 2

Dishonored 2 has already a launch date. Bethesda has confirmed through their website and Twitter that they are releasing the game on November 11.

If nothing weird prevents it, Dishonored 2 is going to arrive to world stores on November 11 this year. This confirmation has come today through the website and Twitter of Bethesda. They have announced that the official launch will happen across all countries simultaneously and this will also be for the different platforms. It’s coming, by the way, for PC, Playstation 4 and XBox One.

Developed by Arkane Studios and published by Bethesda, this title is the highly awaited sequel of Dishonored, one of the best rated first-person action games of 2012. Dishonored 2 was presented officially during the E3 of last year  with an amazing trailer featuring, again, Emily Kaldwin as protagonist. Apart from the background story that the teaser provided us, there is little to know about the game in itself. So the best you can do is stay tuned as the Bethesda’s E3 showcase will happen on June 12 at 7pm PST and they will surely reveal another juicy bite about the project.

Dishonored 2

The journey continues…

Dishonored 2 is the next chapter and will continue the story line and spirit led by its forerunner. As per the official press release, we will play our way in a Victorian world where mysticism and industry collide. We will have two main characters to play, either badass Empress Emily Kadlwin or the older and wiser version of Corvo Attano. Following the mechanics of the first title of the series, we can expect both stealth or brutal force gameplay systems and a big customization scheme for our powers, weapons and gadgets.

The story will also respond to our choices, leading to interesting and different outcomes. This focus on individual narratives and compelling character stories granted the first game very high reviews from critics and players alike and it seems that Arkane Studios is enhancing this aspect and bringing to the next level.
