DiRT Showdown 'Race Hard, Party Hard' Trailer Showcases New Gameplay

The upcoming Codemasters racing title DiRT Showdown‘s ‘Race Hard, Party Hard’ trailer showed the new gameplay for the latest title in the DiRT franchise.  DiRT Showdown features a wide range of racing locales. Burn some rubber on the city streets, speed on through the snow, and rally race across the desert.

If you can’t wait to get your hands on the title or just want to test drive the game, head on over to your online store of preference. Download it for Xbox 360, PS3, or PC. The demo features solo one player racing and a bone crushing eight player online demolition derby event.

Fun Facts: Since the demo’s launch, players have collectively destroyed over 2 million cars in crashes, driven far enough to travel around the world 100 times, and used enough oil to make 5 round trips to the moon. All of these facts were brought to you via RaceNet. The new stat tracker/social network online extension for Codemasters racing titles a la Call of Duty Elite or Battlelog. If you download the demo now you will be invited to participate in an early enrollment to RaceNet. If you join now you’ll receive a RaceNet livery which will grant you $20,000 in-game dollars for DiRT Showdown.
