Dead Island is out and for PC gamers, many have bought their copy via Steam. Unfortantly for them, Steam might have received the dev copy instead of the final copy of the game.
Many who have the game via Steam are reporting bugs and feel that they’ve gotten an incomplete game. Someone went as far as digging into the code and have discovered the following:

It is still unsure if this version of Dead Island was released by mistake or if this is the copy that Steam was intended to have. Either way, those who have purchased this game are rightly upset.
