Kongregate and Ubisoft’s Child of Eden is teaming up and putting on a contest called Project Eden: Experience the Music. Gamers and indie developers are invited to create a rhythm game and win huge prizes, including a grand price of $10,000! 2nd place receives $3000 and 3rd receives $2000. It’s definitely worth giving your game creating skills a shot, even if you’re new to it everyone is encouraged to create their own game and enter.
The deadline is June 21st and entries will be voted upon by the Kongregate community on June 22nd. The top 25 will then be judged on June 27th by the creator of Rez and Child of Eden, Tetsuya Mizuguchi and Editor-in-Cheif Ricardo Torres from GameSpot.com.
Winners are then officially announced on June 30th.
