Microsoft has announced a new browser version of the Award Winning Countre Jour, playable on Internet Explorer 10 and Windows 8. Winning multiple awards including “iPad Game of the Year” and earning a nomination for a 2012 Webby for “Best Tablet Game”, Countre Jour is an artistic blend of strategy and puzzle comparable to Limbo and World of Goo. With a chance for Microsoft to show off its updated JavaScript engine and advanced multi-touch features, they teamed up with Mokus, the development team at Clarity Counseling and Countre Jour Creator Maksym Hryniv to take on the ambitious task of converting Countre Jour into a browser game. Internet Explorer 10’s fast and smooth browser make the mind-bending sixty levels of Countre Jour an enjoyable game to experience for the first time or experience in once again.
