MonkeyPaw Games has partnered with GAIJINWORKS to bring the localized version of the JRPG dungeon crawler Class of Heroes II to North American audiences.
Class of Heroes II features “numerous hours of strategic gameplay, branching story lines and quests” that offer “a rewarding experience with rich replayability.”
Class of Heroes II takes the standard wizardry dungeon crawler and twists it by making all the characters of your party be drawn from one pool. There are 10 classes to choose from, including Novice, Fighter, Swordsman, Ranger, Monk, Ninja, Sorcerer, Puppeteer, Idol, and one Mystery Class. Once your party has been created, quests will be offered to you which will offer differing paths, unlocking more and more content. With regards to the combat, MonkeyPaw Games says that “monster parties can be more than one level deep in a single combat episode, leading to epic encounters of up to 12 or more monsters at a time.” Bosses haven’t been forgotten about either, and Class of Heroes II promises to deliver.
