Ubisoft was pleased to announce today that its browser-based castle building game, Castle Empire, had reached 1.5 million players worldwide since the game’s initial release in the US, Germany, France and Russia. In Castle Empire, you produce trade goods and raw materials, with which you build up your forces, and trade with other players. Once you have a sufficient army, it’s time to start your empire. By attacking and conquering nearby areas, you increase the area control, and subsequently increase the raw materials produced, which in turn allows for a bigger and better army. Castle Empire is developed by Ubisoft’s Blue Byte studio.
