One Book, Two Stories, "THE RED DIARY/THE RE[A]D DIARY", in Stores, June 13th

THE RED DIARY/ THE RE[A]D DIARY is brought to us from Image Comics and artistic-duet Steven T. Seagle (MAN OF ACTION Studios, killer entertainment) and Teddy Kristiansen (Eisenhower Award winning painter). Seagle and Kristiansen co-created many pieces including it’s a bird… a Vertigo autobiographical novel that leads you through Seagals thoughts and dreams of writing Superman

…and  House of Secrets a super natural horror graphic novel about a teenage runaway.

Their most innovative collaborations yet, THE RED DIARY/THE RE[A]D DIARY, Image Comics is releasing, June 13th.

Teddy originated this partnership with his creation of  Le Carnet Rouge a french and danish graphic novel that was translated into THE RED DIARY; it is a tale of vermeer paintings with mysterious origins and a secret diary.

Steven was drawn to the moody allure of Le Carnet Rouge but didn’t know how to read french or danish so created his own story based on Kristiansen’s masterful art and with his blessing created THE RE[A]D DIARY; a story of war crimes and righteous identity fraud that saves two lives.

THE RED DIARY/THE RE[A]D DIARY two intriguing graphic novels can be purchased on June 13, 2012, for $29.99.  Or, you can pre-order this 144 page hard cover graphic novel from the April issue of Previews
