Beyond Good & Evil is Free Right Now for Uplay Members

Beyond Good and Evil

In celebration of Ubisoft’s 30th anniversary, the Ubisoft club is offering their classic Beyond Good & Evil for free in the Ubisoft Club.

Ubisoft is getting older and has hit another milestone. Instead of going into an early middle-age crisis, they are gifting us with a number of games for free! In this occasion, you can rediscover the amazing world of Beyond Good & Evil by simply clicking here (you’ll need a Uplay account though). It’s never too late to try this jewel out, or revisit a very good classic.

Beyond Good and Evil is one of those weird titles that did not garner that much success when it first got launched. However, the passing of the years has given this game the recognition it deserves.

Beyond Good and Evil 2 is Actually Happening

As we wrote back in April, there were certain rumors that pinpoint into Ubisoft’s proceeding further with another Beyond Good & Evil game. We knew that Michel Ancel, one of its creators, was pretty hot for it and we all saw that teaser trailer they pulled out in 2008. He did mention, though, that community expectations would be high and that this would bring extra doses of precaution and care to the formula. Wait no more, my friends, for Ubisoft confirmed the other day that Beyond Good & Evil 2 is actually happening.

And they did so via a quick and spontaneous Facebook post. “If you’ve been waiting for news about BG&E… well, here you go! We are delighted to confirm that Michel Ancel is currently working with the Ubisoft Montpellier Studio on a new Beyond Good & Evil game.” How do you feel about that? Did you play the original one and would like to try the sequel out? Let us know in the comment section down below.
