Pete Hines has dropped the literal bomb at QuakeCon 2015, with his announcement of the Fallout Anthology.
Bethesda did something similar to this with their anticipated Elder Scrolls Anthology, which packaged all the Elder Scrolls titles together. Bethesda have taken a page from their own book and done it again, this time with the popular Fallout series. The anthologies are great for veteran players and new players alike, as it offers a comprehensive Fallout experience. The games are in neat order for old school players to relive, while at the same time allowing newer players to catch on the story they missed.
The collection offers the five critically acclaimed titles, and their respective DLC. Not to mention the audible Mini Bomb, which is every collectors dream.
Bethesda have also played it smart, leaving a disc space for their unreleased game, Fallout 4. This means the perfectionist in you is forced to buy the game. You can either buy it, have a complete collection; or you can skip Fallout 4 and be forever reminded what you’re missing out on, by the cold, empty space left in your anthology. Bethesda, not afraid of a little compulsive blackmail.
