Battlefield 4's Final Stand DLC Trailer Showcases Chilling Combat

DICE and EA share a brand new trailer for Battlefield 4’s final add-on expansion, Final Stand, revealing players new high-tech gadgets and large, arctic landscapes.

Releasing on all platforms today for Premium Members, Final Stand will see players duke it out across four new wintry maps: Operation Whiteout, Hammerhead, Giants of Karelia, and Hanger 21.

In addition to the new environments, the latest trailer also gives a glimpse at all the new equipment, gadgets, and vehicles that will guarantee a far greater unique experience than Battlefield 4 has ever offered in the past. Whether that’s through piloting the new hovertank or snowmobile, taking down aerial vehicles with the powerful railgun, or even launching the remote-operated drone to scan the open environments while in cover, there’s plenty offered in Final Stand to bring players back to the battlefield.

Adding to all this, there’s also five new achievements and trophies to boot. One of the easiest of the bunch is simply playing a match on all four of the new maps. Another two require environmental kills with the Titan’s Engines and an icicle. You’ll also be rewarded another for obtaining a kill with the HT-95 Levkov, XD-1 Accipiter, Rorsch Mk-1,and Schipunov-42. Last but not least, assignments make their return in this add-on, tasking players to complete a diverse list of ten new assignments that offer new weapons and gadgets and upgrades upon successful completion.

Battlefield 4’s Final Stand add-on is available now for Premium Members. Everyone else will need to wait until December 2nd to get their hands on the game’s final piece of downloadable content.
