The Assassin’s Creed franchise is all about reliving moments in history. Assassin’s Creed III is no different, but one piece of US history is only available on PS3.
The Expose Benedict Arnold mission arc will only be available on the PlayStation 3. Four missions will follow the plan set out by Benedict Arnold to aid Great Britain during the American Revolution. In true Assassin’s Creed fashion, Connor will work undercover and investigate the details of the traitorous plot, climaxing at a full blown assault on West Point.
Unlike some of the other scenarios featured in Assassin’s Creed III, such as the hypothetical reign of King Washington, the Arnold campaign is historically accurate, using both historical records and documented dialogue throughout the play-through.
PS3 owners have just that much more to look forward to when Assassin’s Creed III will launch October 30th on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, as well as being a planned launch title for the Wii U.
