News about the Assassins Creed movie had almost completely died out until this recent announcement broken by Variety. Apparently, Michael Fassbender is gearing up to take on the role of Ezio Auditore da Firenze. Michael will also be co-producing the movie. I don’t know if that’s a good thing or a bad thing but only time will tell. Looking through his career profile on IMDB, Mr. Fassbender has managed to land in some pretty big box office titles.
I have to admit I’m not too familiar when it comes to actors or the whole ‘acting’ thing in general. I know he played an awesome Magneto in X-Men: First Class but who know’s if that’ll translate well to him being a good assassin.
