Assassin's Creed Revelations | Officially Announced

Ubisoft officially announced today the fourth installment in the Assassin’s Creed franchise: Assassin’s Creed Revelations.

Gamers will once again play as Ezio, following his mentor Altaïr to Constantinople in the midst of the Ottoman Empire. It’s there that Ezio will discover that the threat of Templars is ever growing. Players will also be able to gain clairvoyance about Desmond’s future and uncover his past by manipulating his memories and the Animus.

Both the one-player experience and multiplayer will return in this fourth installment with multiplayer offering additional modes, maps and characters.

In a PR release from Ubisoft, Creative Director Alexandre Amancio had this to say:

“Delivering the final chapter of the Ezio trilogy is an important milestone in the Assassin’s Creed franchise for us and for our fans, Assassin’s Creed Revelations includes lots of new features and some significant surprises. We can’t wait to show our fans what we have in store at E3 this year.”

Assassin’s Creed Revelations will be available on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC this November.
