With PAX less than 24 hours away from its official start time, information has already begun to leak out about certain games. One of those games in particular is Aliens Colonial Marines. The game was announced what has to seem like a century ago, and during that time information about it was scarce. I can honestly see why now. The game has undergone what looks like a bad spit shine, and no longer resembles what was presented to us at last year’s E3.
The game is still not completely finished and is due out around Q3 of 2012, but after seeing the gameplay footage it appears to need more time than that. I can’t fathom what happened to the game from E3 2011 to PAX East 2012. But whatever happened was not for the better.
