Alien: Isolation Survivor Mode Gets Second Dose of DLC

For those of you Alien lovers looking to come back to horrifying adventures in Alien: Isolation, it looks as though you’re in luck. SEGA and Creative Assembly have released the game’s second expansion pack for Survivor Mode and it looks just as terrifying as the previous add-on.

Entitled, “Trauma,” this downloadable add-on will feature yet another three Survivor Mode maps. This time, there’s “Reoperation,” “Crawl Space,” and “Overrun.” We could give you the rundown on how each map looks and operates, but we reckon the video above will do more justice to the intense nature of the newly crafted environments.

Like last time, it’s worth nothing that all three maps are playable via a brand new character and weapons/gadgets usage will be limited, ensuring a tense and thrilling experience as you race the clock to complete your objectives at hand. Move quick, prioritize your objectives, and cherish what little resources you have all while avoiding the androids and Xenomorph. Quick, quick! They’re coming!

Refer to the featured video for a glimpse into the new Trauma DLC. It features Brand Manager Rowan Tafler and UI Lead Designer Jon Mckellan as the two guide us through the terrors of unnerving survival.

Alien: Isolation’s Trauma DLC is out now on all platforms for $7.99/£5.59. It you’re a Season Pass holder, it’ll be free of charge and ready to download next time you fire up your console.
