Alan Wake DLC a “Christmas Special”

Where just entering spring and Remedy has already got us thinking about the cold weather, well not so much the weather as the new should warm you up.

Back in January Remedy Entertainment released news that their title “Alan Wake” would be getting a couple DLC “episodes” before the year’s end.

The head of the franchise development Oskari Hakkinen talked about it to Edge (via CVG);

“We’ve thought of DLC, which will be more of a bridge between season one and season two, should this first part be a success.”
Hakkinen referring to the video game as the “first season”, and banking on the interest generated from it will cause the sequel or “second season” of DLC to connection the story between the two “seasons”

Letting it known that a “Christmas special” of sorts

“will give you a different perspective on the stuff you’ve played in season one.”
Remedy Entertainment’s Alan Wake drops May 18, 2010 on the Microsoft Xbox 360.
