Both the standard and collector’s edition of the upcoming The Walking Dead game have been revealed.
The Walking Dead adventure horror game begins with Deputy Sheriff Rick Grimes still in a coma, and tells the tale of Lee Everett who takes an orphaned girl named Clementine under his wing as they are faced with the constant horror of not only the ‘walkers’, but the survivors as well. Choices made throughout the game will affect events, providing for a tailored gaming experience.
A GameStop exclusive collector’s edition for the PlayStation 3 an Xbox 360 is available for pre-order now. The collector’s edition includes Charlie Adlard box art, a game disc with the first season of The Walking Dead and The Walking Dead Compendium One, a collector’s edition compilation of the first 48 issues of Robert Kirkman’s comic.
The Walking Dead standard and collector’s edition have a release target of December 4th, 2o12.
