According to a recent report from CVG, a Sony insider has released information about a couple of new SKUs that the company plans to announce tomorrow during their E3 Press Conference. This doesn’t sound too far fetched as the rumor of a new SKU out of the Sony camp is usually always true when you look at the history of the company. However, the sheer size of these new bundles is something to get excited about if you’re also excited for motion gaming.
Tomorrow, you should expect Sony to reveal that they plan on releasing a new 500GB PlayStation 3 Slim package that comes bundles with the upcoming motion technology, PlayStation Move. This PlayStation Move bundle will also be available in a less expensive bundle that carries a 250GB HDD instead as well.
The Sony insider told CVG, “I don’t know about prices, but their strategy is quite smart. With a super high-end and a less high-end approach, Move could almost become a success by stealth.”
